Our experience in buying a home has been crazy. We had been talking for awhile on if we should get a home but we never had an incentive or real big reason too until a house was for sale in a great location and really close to family. So we thought we would put in an offer and see what happens. We looked a lot a year ago and had no luck. Every offer that we put in got declined because of whatever reason. So we figured that the same thing would happen. Well our Realtor called us and said that they accepted our offer. We couldn't believe it and were a little hesitant on going forward but
we felt good and it was overall an easy process and now we are home owners, which is crazy for us. We have been there for a couple weeks, we are still getting used to it and trying to get organized. We can say that we love it and that we can't wait to start our family here.
